Attendance – Marking Students Present

For Data Rollup purposes, teachers don’t have to enter a P for present (or any other code that means present).  Data Rollup collects only absences and tardies, which must be entered in Jupiter in order to be collected.

The Jupiter report card is lenient and assumes blanks are Present. However, the “Reports > Individual Records” attendance report is very literal and is based on exactly what was entered.
