This is resolved when the staff member has an NAD ID number in the State ID field on the Misc. tab in Staff Maintenance.
Be sure the teacher exists in the User Manager. If not, contact your conference.
- Staff | Staff Maintenance
- Search for and view the Staff member
- Click on Lookup NAD ID link the upper left
