When teachers leave during the year, it is important that they are still importing from the SIS.
Here are the steps to take:
- Dashboard User Manager: End the role
- Jupiter: Leave the teacher in the active roster so they continue to be included in the imports.
- Make the new/replacement teacher a “co-teacher” so they have access to the classes.
The initial teacher is still the “Teacher of Record” for periods during the school year. They still need to be retained on the records.
