This error exists because the student is in 3rd grade, but enrolled in 1st/2nd grade classes.
To troubleshoot, check the student’s grade level in Student ID Manager. Compare the grade level there with the grade level affiliated with the class.
To fix: move the student into the class correct for the grade level.
