How to unlock and lock the Quarters for grades, etc.

  1. Login to School

  2. Go to Main Menu

  3. Click on System

  4. Click on Configuration

  5. Under System click on System Defaults

  6. Go to right hand side to Report Card Editing (uncheck the box to lock the quarter/check the box to unlock the quarter).
