Data Rollup asks schools to verify immunizations for each student. This verification date is entered in Report Manager – Custom – Student Data (see field in photo). Some errors relate to incorrectly formatted dates so keep in mind that the field requires dates to be entered in MM/DD/YYYY format (i.e. 01/31/2001).
