Make sure that your student IDs from the ID manager in Data Rollup match the student IDs in FACTS SIS.
In FACTS SIS, open up your student in the student screen, and then make sure UDID has the same ID number as the one listed in your ID manager in NAD dashboard. The ID field in the picture below is the auto generated FACTS SIS ID number for your student; the UDID field is the one that needs the NAD ID in it. You can also update student ID numbers in the custom NAD student tool in Report Manager.
