This error occurs because the NAD Student ID number is not correctly entered in the UDID (FACTS) or ID# (Jupiter) field.
In Jupiter, you can see that the ID for John Smith is 1300232.
In Student ID Manager, you can see that the same ID really belongs to Lucille Beth Thomas.
