To give a single Citizenship grade per student per term, you would actually eliminate the Citizenship terms (“Schedule > Terms”) since those are per class. Instead, you’d add a “Citizenship” COURSE (“Schedule > Courses”) and enroll all students in the class. Since that wouldn’t report to Data Rollup, leave the Data Rollup attributes blank for the course.
Then, the teacher of the Citizenship course could enter a single override grade per student per term, on the “Grades > Report Cards” screen.
