This error occurs when the teacher has entered the incorrect code for the skill. In this case, you will see that the teacher entered S when the allowed options are 1, 2, 3, 4, NA or N/A or nothing.
Note: NA or N/A will result in a gray box displaying on the Data Rollup report card. a space or no mark will result in auto populating the report card with a 3.
