Helpful Tips for Troubleshooting

It can be a challenge to obtain accurate imports for Data Rollup. We work continually to provide tools that can make your efforts effective. We have found that the following tips to be helpful when troubleshooting.

  1. Your conference is the first level of support for Data Rollup questions/errors. Please contact them directly for assistance.
  2. If you are new to the SIS your school is using, ask your conference for a SIS-mentor for networking.
  3. Stay well AHEAD of deadlines with your school so that by October 15 and July 15 ALL data is accurate.
    • End of 3rd week of school (for Opening Report purposes)
    • End of grading periods (quarters and semesters)
    • End of the year
  4. The fastest ways to create errors:
    • Incorrect or no ID numbers assigned to students and/or staff,
    • Incorrect grade scales and/or skill grades attached to classes
    • Mismatched full legal name, birth date, ID number between SIS and User/Student Managers
