When 8th grade students are taking academy classes for credit, please note the following:
- Students must be enrolled in BOTH schools in Student ID Manager.
- Students are enrolled in the academy class in the SIS.
- The grade is generated at the academy for report cards and transcript.
- The class should NOT be included on the 8th grade report card.
- These students are not included in the official enrollment count at the academy as an “official student” must be taking more than two classes.
