Situation: A class is showing up on a student’s report card, but I cannot find her enrolled any quarter in that class. Any explanation why it is on the report card?
Resolution:
- In Jupiter, go to the teacher’s gradebook and click on the 1st Quarter,
- Click on the class that is incorrectly showing up.
- Then go to “Setup > Students”.
- All of the students listed in dimmed text were dropped from the class, with grades (if they did not have grades, they would have been removed altogether).
Add the student back to the class (just click on their name and check the box to add them back) and then remove any grades that may have been entered, and then drop them again.
