UD fields are collecting data for the NAD regarding two items:
1. Is the student baptized Adventist
2. Was the student baptized this school year
You can record any baptism in the system under Religion and then record a religious event, which should not create any errors.
There are two places in FACTS to enter Religion and Baptism.
1. Open FACTS> Report Manager>Custom> SDA: Data Roll up-Student Data>arrow over students> view report. You need to update each student individually. This is where the Religion information for the School Closing report is pulled from.
2. Enter Religion and Baptism information into Student profile. Open FACTS> Students>Choose Student> Religion
