Each course should be affiliated with the correct department in order to total correctly in the Number of Credits Earned by Department section.
In FACTS, this is done by entering the NAD course number in the State ID field. You can find a listing of these in the Data Rollup Reference section – or directly here. If the class is not listed, be sure to enter the Department name and leave the State ID field blank.
