How do you fix a negative number under Days Present on the NAD’s Record of Attendance-Daily report? Everything may look correct in FACTS. Absences and Tardies may beshowing up correctly on the NAD side. However, Days Present could still show -4.0 days.

Click on the name of your school from either the top of your Data Rollup window on from your school’s error report. This will open the School Record Browser.
Scroll down to your student list – or click on Students on the navigation bar.
Click on the student’s name.
Check the student withdrawal date. Most often, there will be an old withdrawal date which is causing the negative total.
