After making sure ALL of your schools’ reports are as accurate as possible, make sure they have frozen their imports. This will insure that any NEW students being enrolled for the upcoming school year – or setup for next year, will not have an impact on the current school year.
Our system-wide database server closes out for all imports by midnight July 15 of every year. The server begins accepting imports for the next school year on August 1.
Click the Freeze Closing Report/Close Out School Year link in the upper right corner of the Data Rollup window.
Conferences may unfreeze data, thus allowing additional imports, in order to correct errors. Conferences may also freeze imports after data has been corrected.
