Main Campus/Extension Campus

Formerly Partner Campus

Schools connected for the purpose of offering or taking accredited high school classes are considered Partner Campuses.

  • The “Main Campus” offers the accredited classes. Students are counted in the official enrollment.
  • The “Extension Campus” students take the accredited classes.  Students in these schools are NOT counted in official enrollment.
  • Students must be enrolled in BOTH schools in Student ID Manager.

NOTE: This is in effect for students taking the complete grade level from the partner school.

School Record

Main campuses should send a comma-separated list of organization IDs of the schools they are a main campus for. (This is in the school configuration section.)

Students 

Both sides of the partner campus relationship (the main campus and the extension campus) should send a student record for a partner campus student.

Main campuses

The main campus should populate the extension campus’s organization ID in the student record’s is_pc_from field.
